With over 12 years of corporate experience and a journey that led from the boardroom to full-time entrepreneurship, Elizabeth Javier brings a rare blend of executive insight and grassroots operational knowledge to her work. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of EJ & Associates, Elizabeth supports individuals navigating career transitions and entrepreneurs building growth-focused businesses with integrity.
In addition to her consulting practice, Elizabeth serves on the Executive Team of the Scarborough Business Association as the Director of Membership and Administration as well as a Business Operations Specialist at Job Skills, where she oversees a practice firm in Markham that helps newcomers translate their international expertise into the Canadian workforce through hands-on training and mentorship.
