Elizabeth Javier is the founder of EJ & Associates and a business consultant passionate about helping entrepreneurs simplify complexity and unlock growth.
With experience supporting businesses through strategic planning, operational improvements, and leadership development, Elizabeth partners with clients to turn vision into action.
Her collaborative approach ensures every solution is practical, personalized, and aligned with each client's goals.
Elizabeth connects people and businesses to talent and opportunity while providing comprehensive business consulting and services.
With over 17 years of deep experience spanning corporate administration, finance, and operations—including 12 formative years within a multinational enterprise—she brings enterprise-level strategy down to earth. Now in her 5th year as an entrepreneur, Elizabeth has successfully built her own ventures and partners with a diverse roster of clients across the restaurant, recreational, employment services, community services, and general business sectors. She also lends her expertise to non-profit boards, keeping her deeply rooted in community impact.
Elizabeth’s approach is defined by a "partnership-first" philosophy. Whether she is advising established organizations or launching micro-businesses, her goal remains the same: breaking down big ambitions into realistic, actionable paths.
